Lead the way to quality pay

ANZ National campaign for a fair pay system

Finsec members have just concludedemployment negotiations with ANZ National.   These employment negotiations led to a whole new pay scale for everyone working at ANZ National.  Before and during the negotiations Finsec members ran a campaign to aachieve three things as this new pay system is developed:

  1.    Recognition for skills and service, not for meeting performance targets
  2.    The same pay for doing a similar job
  3.    Negotiated pay increases that apply to everyone

We also sought a 5% pay rise for everybody and more staffing to reduce workloads and pressure on existing staff.

On this page you will find information, posters, flyers, handouts and updates about our campaign for ANZ National to lead the way with quality pay.
