National Bank members with direct debits

The National Bank pay date is changing in September, But for those Finsec members who have a direct debit to Finsec, their direct debit date will remain the same (the next one will be 10/8/05). What this means is that once the National Bank pay date changes, Finsec direct debits will come out of your bank account the week after you get paid.

Resignations - written, not verbal, please

We have had an issue with some members claiming to have advised Finsec by phone of their resignation from the union, and asking for a refund, but being unable to verify their resignation date. Because of this Finsec is no longer able to accept verbal resignations. If you wish to resign, we ask that you do so in writing, either by letter, fax or email. If we do not receive written advice we are unable to provide overpaid fee refunds.
