PSIS

The PSIS Collective Employment Agreement ratification vote has now concluded with 81% of members participating in the vote. Of those members, 82% voted to accept the proposed settlement and 18% voted to reject the proposed settlement.

We have notified PSIS of this result. PSIS are keen to implement the outcomes of negotiations, including the pay increase, as soon as possible.

The agreement is therefore ratified, and both parties will now sign the document, and as soon as possible the new agreement will be printed and distributed to all Finsec members.
